Refund & Return Policy

We're a family business that values long-term customer relationships over any single sale. Our policy reflects that: if HLP+ doesn't work for you, send it back. We'll refund it. No interrogation, no restocking fees, no fine print.

The 30-day money-back guarantee

Every HLP+ purchase is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee, starting the day your order is delivered.

If you're not happy — for any reason — email us within 30 days of delivery at hello@healthylivingproteins.com and we'll process a full refund.

You can return the tub even if you've opened it, used it, or finished it. Supplements are personal — we'd rather you try the product and decide it's not for you than be stuck with something you didn't get to evaluate.

What qualifies for a refund

  • Any HLP+ product purchased directly from healthylivingproteins.com, our Shopify store, or our TikTok Shop.
  • Within 30 days of delivery (we use the tracking-confirmed delivery date).
  • One refund per customer per product type (we'll work with you on edge cases — email us).

Bundles are refundable in full. Subscription orders are refundable per the same rules — see the subscription section below.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at hello@healthylivingproteins.com with your order number and a one-line note about why you're returning. (You don't owe us a reason — we just like to know so we can keep improving.)
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid USPS return label and instructions.
  3. Drop the package at any USPS location. We pay return shipping.
  4. Your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the package arriving back at our warehouse.

Most refunds clear faster than the 10-day window. Bank processing speed is the variable, not us.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, email us with a photo and your order number. We'll send the correct product out the next business day at no charge — you don't need to return the original. Just toss or donate it.

Subscription cancellations and refunds

You can pause, skip, or cancel a subscription anytime from your account dashboard. No phone call, no chat queue, no friction.

If a subscription order shipped before you got a chance to cancel, you have the full 30 days from delivery to return it under the standard money-back guarantee. We'll also refund the order in full and remove the subscription so it doesn't bill again.

What this policy does NOT cover

  • Products purchased through third-party retailers (Amazon, eBay, Faire, or a brick-and-mortar store). Those purchases are governed by the retailer's return policy. We're happy to help you navigate Amazon's process if you reach out, but the refund has to go through them.
  • Refund requests filed more than 30 days after delivery. We'll still respond and try to help — but past 30 days the standard guarantee no longer applies.
  • Reorders placed after a refund was issued on the same product (we limit one refund per product per customer to prevent abuse, but we work with people on real edge cases — just email).

Honest note on supplements

Supplements aren't pills with a 24-hour effect. Most HLP+ customers notice changes between week 4 and week 8 of consistent daily use. If you're inside the 30-day return window and not yet seeing what you hoped for, email us before you return — we may suggest staying on it a little longer, or we may issue the refund right then. Your call. The guarantee is real and we'll honor it without an argument either way.

Buying through TikTok Shop?

The same 30-day money-back guarantee applies to TikTok Shop purchases. To initiate a return through TikTok Shop:

  1. Open your TikTok Shop order in the TikTok app within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Tap Refund / Return and select the reason.
  3. TikTok Shop will either process the refund directly or route the request to us. Either way, you'll get a response within 1 business day.

If you'd prefer to email us directly, hello@healthylivingproteins.com works for TikTok Shop orders too — just include your TikTok order number.
