Shipping Policy

We ship every HLP+ order from our family-run facility in Clearwater, Florida. Here's exactly what to expect.

Processing time

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM Eastern ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on a US holiday ship the next business day.

You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse — usually within 24 hours of you placing it.

Carrier and delivery time

All HLP+ orders ship via USPS with tracking included. Typical delivery time once your order ships:

  • Continental US: 3–5 business days
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates from USPS and don't include the processing time above. Severe weather, holidays, and carrier delays can occasionally extend delivery — when they do, we'll do what we can to make it right.

Free shipping

Orders $50 and over ship free anywhere in the United States. Orders under $50 ship at a flat USPS rate calculated at checkout.

Subscription orders

If you're on subscribe-and-save, your renewal order is processed and shipped on the same day the charge goes through — same processing window as one-time orders. You'll get a tracking email each cycle.

You can pause, skip, or cancel a subscription anytime from your account dashboard. There's no penalty, no minimum number of orders, no phone call required.

Tracking your order

Tracking links are emailed when your order ships. If you don't see the email within 48 hours of ordering, check your spam folder first, then email us at hello@healthylivingproteins.com and we'll resend.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but the package isn't there, give it 48 hours — USPS occasionally marks packages delivered a day before they actually arrive. After 48 hours, email us with your order number and we'll either replace the order or refund it. Your call.

If your package arrives damaged — tub cracked, seal broken, contents spilling — take a photo before opening anything else and email it to us. We'll send a replacement out the next business day at no charge.

Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address, email us within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll catch it before it ships. After that, we may not be able to redirect — but we'll always try.

International shipping

We currently ship to United States addresses only. International shipping is on our roadmap; if you're outside the US and want to be notified when we open up to your country, drop us an email at hello@healthylivingproteins.com.
